Is new to the team and is currently working part-time as a personal assistant of John Samsel and an office admin here at Samsel and Associates. With both of Hailei’s parents being agents with us she decided to join the business as well. Hailei spent the last few years teaching children dance, working in retail, and in schools. Even though those opportunities have taught her many skill sets, working at Samsel & Associates has increased her technology skills, challenged her out of the box thinking and pushed her to further educate herself.

She is a current graduate student at Montclair State University studying for a Masters degree in Special Students with Disabilities. Her hopes are to graduate in 2022 and pursue a job in teaching. She is not only very involved with her education, she is heavily involved in her church. She has traveled to the Dominican Republic and is about to leave for Kenya to do mission work. She is also the admin of a youth group where she spends many Friday nights. Her goal is to make a difference in someone’s life, one day at a time.
