Licensed Real Estate Agent. Michael has spent 10+ years in the home improvement/ builder business at Home Depot and then PC Richards. His knowledge in the building and design industry a great asset to his real estate clients and to Samsel & Associates.

As an appliance salesmen and kitchen/bathroom layout designer he has extensive experience regarding, quality materials, finishes and appliances, along with knowledge of HVAC.  He has working with new homeowners, contractors and owner of multi-unity properties. He learned about his clients and knew their likes and dislikes, therefore making the shopping experience for his clients easier, and them happier.

In 2017 Michael bought a new home and after his experience with the property transaction, he felt that this was an industry that he wanted to be a part of. Shortly after, he made the decision and took action to become a Real Estate Professional.  Now, as part of the Samsel & Associates Family, he is able to work with clients bringing his knowledge of home improvement and design to this everchanging marketplace.
