Rashidah comes from a successful background in management in the nonprofit community. She has worked over 20 years helping individuals manage their mental health needs. Rashidah has a double Masters, the first in Forensics which she earned in 2010, the second in Counseling Psychology which she earned in 2015 from the prestigious John Jay College of Criminal Justice. Additionally, she is a licensed psychotherapist. 

When not working, Rashidah continually seeks opportunities to gain experience professionally and personally with the intent of ensuring her clients have up to date and accurate information to assist them throughout the real estate buying and selling process. Additionally, she completed The Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource (SFR®) certification which is for REALTORS® who want to hone the skills that will allow them to help buyers and sellers of distressed properties. 

Despite being a part time agent, she has successfully assisted many of her clients through the real estate buying and/or selling process. When not working real estate, she enjoys hiking, playing basketball and spending time with loved ones.
